100 points are equivalent to 1€ redeemable on your next purchase.
Purpose
These legal terms and conditions establish the conditions for participation in the points discount system offered by TERAPIACPAP, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, through its online sales platform.
Participation
Participation in the points discount system implies acceptance of these legal bases by the user. Any person who makes purchases in the Company’s online shop will be able to accumulate points in accordance with the conditions established in this document and must be registered as a user.
Accumulation of Points
For every 1€ of purchase made in the Company’s online shop, the user will accumulate 100 points in his/her account. The accumulated points can be used as credit to obtain discounts on future purchases.
Conversion of Points to Discounts
Every 100 points accumulated are equivalent to 1€ discount. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, in accordance with the rates and conditions in force at the time of purchase. The maximum number of points that can be accumulated per purchase and per redemption is 10,000.
Validity of Points
The accumulated points will be valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. After this period, unused points will expire and will be deleted from the user’s account.
Modifications and Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the points discount system at any time and without prior notice. Such modifications will be communicated to users through the Company’s usual means of communication.
Data Protection
The personal data provided by users to participate in the points discount system will be processed in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and current data protection legislation.
Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These legal bases shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and any dispute arising in relation to the same shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
