Purpose of the treatment
TERAPIACPAP will treat the information provided by Users in each of the sections of the website with the following purposes:
- Management of orders placed through the Online Store
- Processing of requests for quotations
- Sending newsletters
- Resolution of queries and sending the requested information
- Interact with corporate social media followers
Data retention criteria
TERAPIACPAP keep the data for a period of 3 years in compliance with the provisions of art. 45 of Law 34/2002 of the Law on Services of the Information Society and Communications, unless the information provided derives a commercial relationship in which case the data will be kept for as long as said link subsists, or when other regulations or public administrations cease to require us to conserve them. After these deadlines your information will be totally destroyed.
Legitimation for the processing of data
The processing of the User’s data by TERAPIACPAP will have its legitimacy in the consent explicitly given for the purposes provided once the checkbox that appears at the end of each contact form has been accepted.
Communication of data
The data provided by Users may only be transferred to Banks/Savings Banks, Security Forces and Bodies and/or other Public Administrations with competence in the matter.
Rights that assist the User
Any User has the right to obtain information about whether TERAPIACPAP is processing personal data that concerns him or not and, in such case, to exercise his right of access to personal data and the following information:
- the purposes of the processing
- the categories of personal data concerned.
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third parties or international organisations.
- if possible, the expected period of storage of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period.
- the existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing;
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Likewise, the User has the right to request the rectification of the data inaccurate or, where appropriate, to request the deletion of the same when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or when you decide to withdraw the consent on which the processing was based to date.
Users may also request the limitation of the processing of the data of the interested parties, in which case they will only be kept by TERAPIACPAP for the exercise or defense of claims.
TERAPIACPAP will stop processing your data whenever you carry out the opposition to said treatment, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Finally, and in exercise of their right to data portability , the User may receive the personal data that they have provided to TERAPIACPAP, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as request that they be transmitted to another entity responsible for the treatment.
Means to exercise your rights
The User may materially exercise the rights described in the previous section by requesting the corresponding form to the address of the person responsible: usuarios@terapiacpap.com
Additionally, the User may request information at any time about the exercise of the rights incumbent on him before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
In the event that the exercise of their rights has not been attended or satisfied correctly, the User may file the corresponding claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, located at Calle de Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, telephone 912663517
- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to meet their request, by the provider, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to TERAPIACPAP are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
- SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on protection of personal data, TERAPIACPAP is complying with all the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 (RGPD) for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
TERAPIACPAP guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
