Symptoms of Sleep Apnea
The first sign of sleep apnea, and also the most common, is usually perceived by your partner or relatives: snoring.
You may also be told that when you sleep you make sounds as if you are panting or choking and that you have a restless sleep.
The most common symptoms you may notice are:
Permanent tiredness
Low ability to concentrate
Morning headaches
Apathy, depression
Night sweats
Weight gain
Lack of energy
Memory loss
Sexual dysfunction
Frequent urges to urinate during the night
